ArtContact
ArtContact is a boutique advisory firm specializing in fine art appraisal, valuation, assessment, strategic
divestment, collection management, succession planning, and sale of fine art.
We work with private, corporate, and institutional collectors to build and steward collections of Canadian
historic and contemporary art.
With the dramatic increase in the art market, many people are discovering they have substantial equity
in their artwork. At the same time, insurance policies often include fine print regarding artwork and personal
property that is easily overlooked. Adequate insurance — supported by accurate documentation and
valuation — protects your assets against loss or damage.
Insurance companies require works of art to be accurately described and valued in order to provide coverage.
ArtContact (Ingrid Mueller) is qualified to provide expert valuation and appraisal services for works of
art for insurance purposes, donations, probate/estates, or family division.
